What is beyondoxbridge?

beyondoxbridge is an online community and careers portal for students and graduates of Oxford and Cambridge, developed by a team who have all experienced the graduate recruitment process first hand and have extensive links and networks at both universities. Our aim is to deliver a lively, user-friendly, feature-rich Oxbridge graduate recruitment portal that improves the careers and recruitment process for both potential applicants and recruiters.

What makes our service unique?

At the heart of the beyondoxbridge concept are two massive parallel databases: of Oxbridge student and graduate profiles and of recruiter profiles. These in conjunction with our interface and search facilities make it easy for top students and top companies to ‘check each other out’ – and we believe make the recruitment process more effective and more exciting. For the first time the process is no longer one way – now employers can also directly approach graduates.
